Club, 16.8-mile Hilly Time Trial Brown’s Bay (3 full laps) 22.7. 2020

At long last we got a bit of racing started all be it on a tough hilly circuit. Congratulations to Stephen Harkens on his win, he looked as sharp as ever! Chris Wheeler had a great ride too, as did Steven Stewart. Stuart Burns did very well indeed in his first time trial recording a good time on the tough course. Young Luke Donald grafted away and recorded a good time for his age. Gary and his son Elliot were riding a blinder on their Tandem and holding their own before a broken chain stopped them with only two and a half miles remaining, but it was a great learning curve for young Elliot. It was nice to meet up with old friends and new friends in the nice location that Browns Bay is. The weather was dry and very mild making it a good nights racing for all.
